If the world was a chessboard and actors were mere chess-dolls, what would their fate be?
King
Undoubtedly, the King's space here too would be occupied by the Shahenshah, Amitabh Bachchan. The actor who commands respect for his humble attitude, the senior AB deserves to be a distant spectator while his comrades sweat it out in the battle field.
Of course, if ever challenged with a 'check', it would be the audiences' delight to watch him spring back in action to not just save his own neck, but win back the entire kingdom. After all, he's done that before in real life too, hasn't he?
Queen
Befitting our royal superstar's attitude is just one woman in tinsel town, and truly it is Rekha.
A never say die attitude, a fiercely magnetic personality and knowing well how to guard an open secret is something that comes to this beautiful lady effortlessly.
If you thought there were any other reasons why we'd proclaim her Queen, you've got it all wrong, really.
Bishops
If Bollywood has to send representatives for the position of the 'bishops', it has to be Aamir Khan and SRK hands down.
Why? Well, the duo is known for being 'cross' with just anyone who comes in their way and toppling them over.
Never mincing their words or bending their paths, the duo is famous for their sharp moves that leave many colleagues staring in the face.
Knights
The dark horses who have left the world astonished as they unleash their true potential, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan are our candidates for playing the Knights (these in shining armour).
Once considered to be average actors, today they are a film and ad maker's best bet to win the box-office / TRP battle.
Unassuming and yet aggressive in reaching their goal is what makes them a treat.
Rooks
A straight-forward and bold approach that allows them to take many steps once the destination is in sight, Salman Khan and Abhishek Bachchan are the actors who can do justice to a rook's character.
Strong personalities whose arrival on the horizon itself sees people clearing paths to avoid any sort of conflict, the duo command some solid stability in the industry in spite of personal and professional ups and downs.
At that, lets call it 'check-mate'!
